Dr Julie Taing completed her dental training at The University of Melbourne, graduating as one of the top students in her cohort with honours.

Dr Julie practices all aspects of dentistry with a special interest in cosmetic/restorative dentistry and oral surgery. Dr Julie is a strong advocate of the clinical philosophy that “prevention is the best treatment” for dental disease. She therefore endeavours to prevent the onset of dental disease through patient education, regular maintenance and preventive treatment.

Dr Julie’s gentle, caring and patient nature makes her well-equipped to deliver dental treatment in the most pleasant and non-intrusive way possible, which has earned her the reputation for being the “gentle dentist” amongst her loyal patient base.

Aside from dentistry, Dr Julie has a keen interest in hyperrealism graphite drawing. Her artistic talent and eye for detail is reflected in her approach to dentistry and commitment to producing beautiful dental work harmonious with her patient’s smiles.
